The most iconic pool in the world belongs to the Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc. Last Summer, July 2019, I made my first proper visit to the French Riviera, from Antibes to Cannes and back again. Upon landing, we grabbed a car and headed straight to the gates of Hotel Du Cap and it was every bit as surreal and luxurious as you would imagine it to be. We found the one corner table overlooking the Mediterranean and ordered a bottle of rosé to watch the sun fall over the water. This piece immediately takes me back to this exquisite summertime memory.
